We visit the beautiful island of Bonaire for over 10 years. All this time we wanted to buy a villa, however, none of the offered villas met my needs. we only wanted to go for the best and as a fanatic diver, it had to be an oceanfront villa. In all that time we have rented many villas. However, at all these oceanfront villas we noticed that it is very difficult to enter the sea. Steep stairs, strong currents, sharp corals in front of the villas and sometimes even high waves that made it dangerous to get in and out of the sea. we found that a major disadvantage that we did not want to have with my own villa.

The long wait was finally rewarded in 2018. We had the opportunity to buy a villa that had served as a former official residence for the Kingdom Representative for the past 15 years. The villa is located at the best location of the island with the mayor of Bonaire as a neighbor and has a 100 feet wide private sandy beach in front of the villa. Since public sandy beaches are very unique on Bonaire and private sandy beaches do not exist to my knowledge, this was a very unique opportunity.

The villa is also within walking distance of the center of Kralendijk, has several supermarkets close by and is opposite the most exclusive diving school of Bonaire VIP diving. Because the nature island of Klein Bonaire is opposite the villa, the ocean in front of Beach Villa Bonaire is almost flat. Klein Bonaire blocks all rough waves. This makes getting in and out the ocean of the sandy beach very easy for everyone. So we could not wish for anything better.

Because the house was outdated, we started working with the architect shortly after the purchase. With such a unique piece of land at by far the best location of Bonaire, there had to be a design that would exceed all expectations. We did that! A mega luxurious design villa of over 6500 sq ft with frameless floor to ceiling glazing for a fantastic panoramic view over the Caribbean Sea. Many villas on Bonaire are built in length, so the sea view is limited. Because Beach villa Bonaire is on two pieces of land, the villa is built in width. Because of that, almost every room overlooks the large infinity swimming pool, the Caribbean Sea and the beautiful nature island of Klein Bonaire.

Beach villa Bonaire is equipped with the latest technologies such as an invisible and fully automatic climate control system, 5 spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms, private gym, 50 feet wide infinity pool, lounge area, large sunbed terrace and of course more than 100 feet wide private sandy beach.
